Qualified Aliens

Qualified Aliens has the same meaning given the term in 8 U.S.C. 1641 except that it also includes members of an Indian tribe, as defined in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, who are lawfully admitted under 8 U.S.C. 1359.
