Financing or Financed means outstanding financial assistance provided to a Portfolio Concern by a RBIC, whether through:
(1) Loans, with or without a right to acquire Equity Securities;
(2) Debt Securities;
(3) Equity Securities;
(3) Subordinated Debt With Equity Features;
(4) Guarantees; or
(5) Purchases of securities of an Enterprise through or from an underwriter as permitted by ยง 4290.825.
