Minority Institution
Minority Institution means an institution of higher education meeting the requirements of Section 365 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1067k), including a Hispanic-serving institution of higher education, as defined in Section 502(a) of the Act (20 U.S.C. 1101a).
