Ala. Admin. Code r. 80-14-1-.15 - Transportation Of Cannabis And Medical Cannabis
(1) A Cultivator may only transport cannabis
or medical cannabis to another AMCC licensee by utilizing the services of a
secure transporter licensed by the AMCC.
(2) An Integrated Facility may only transport
cannabis or medical cannabis to its own facilities or another AMCC licensee by
utilizing its own vehicles as authorized by the AMCC or by using the services
of a secure transporter licensed by the AMCC.
