Former Chapter 490-X-1 has been renumbered Chapter 480-7-1. Due to the merger of the Department of Industrial Relations and the Department of Labor, the Department of Industrial Relations has been dissolved and all the rules will be listed under the Department of Labor as per certification filed January 9, 2013; effective February 13, 2013.
