11 AAC 88.145 - Refunds
(a) If an application on which rental has
been submitted is rejected or withdrawn in whole or in part, the first year's
rental will be refunded in whole or in pro rata part on an acreage
basis.
(b) Notwithstanding any
other provision of 11 AAC 82 - 11 AAC 88, no refund will be made for less than
$10.
