17 AAC 70.080 - Operation of vessels
Vessels will be operated on the published time schedules of the ferry system, except that the operation of the vessel shall be at the sole discretion of the master of the vessel. The master of the vessel may cancel or delay sailing, change course, land passengers at any port, or take any action he may deem necessary to ensure comfort and safety to passengers and/or other traffic aboard his vessel.
