18 AAC 54.060 - Preliminary proposal review
The department will conduct a preliminary review of a proposal to ensure that it meets the requirements of 18 AAC 54.050. At any time during the review under this section, the department may request additional information if it considers that information necessary to a complete review of the proposal.
