2 AAC 64.190 - Consolidation and division
(a) The
administrative law judge may consolidate, in whole or in part, two or more
proceedings to be held under
2 AAC 64.100 -
2 AAC 64.370, if the administrative law judge determines
that a joint hearing will expedite or simplify consideration of the issues and
that consolidation will not prejudice a party.
(b) If the administrative law judge
determines that dividing an administrative hearing into two or more parts for
purposes of hearing or decision would expedite or simplify consideration of the
issues and provide for a fairer hearing, the administrative law judge may
divide the case into separate proceedings.
