The following materials are adopted by reference:
(1) the council's guidelines and application
form, revised as of November 2010 for an annual operating support
grant;
(2) the council's guidelines

support grant;
(3) the council's
guidelines and application form, revised as of November 2010 for a Connie
Boochever Arts Fellowship;
(4) the

career opportunity grant;
(5) the

master artist and apprentice grant in traditional Native arts;
