8 AAC 61.820 - Action on applications
(a) The department will, within 30 days after
receipt, approve an application filed under
8 AAC 61.810 which meets the requirements of
8 AAC 61.815.
(b) If an application for training program
approval does not meet the requirements of
8 AAC 61.815, the department will assist the applicant
in meeting the requirements.
