8 AAC 80.070 - Low-water fuel cutoff
(a) An automatically fired steam boiler must
be equipped with an automatic low-water fuel cutoff with manual
reset.
(b) An automatically fired
hot water heating or hot water supply boiler that exceeds an input of 400, 000
Btu per hour must be equipped with an automatic low-water fuel cutoff or a loss
of flow switch, as appropriate for the heater or boiler.
