Notes
Former 8 AAC 90.010 - 8 AAC 90.100 were repealed on 9/13/80 and the substance of those sections was reorganized and renumbered as 8 AAC 90.105 - 8 AAC 90.900. The new numbering and organization of the material in those new sections bears no resemblance to the numbering and organization of the material before that date. Therefore, the history notes for those new sections do not reflect the history of the sections before 9/13/80.
