Ariz. Admin. Code § R13-14-302 - Evaluation of Grant Applications
A.
Members of the Board shall review and evaluate each grant application in a
manner consistent with A.R.S. §
41-2702.
The Board shall base the Board's decision regarding an application only on the
criteria specified in the request for grant applications.
B. The Board shall vote on each application
and award grants at a public meeting.
