Ariz. Admin. Code § R18-12-801 - Applicability
A. A person shall
not perform tank service on an underground storage tank system unless the
person is certified under this Article by the Department or is supervised by a
person certified under this Article by the Department in accordance with
R18-12-802 or
R18-12-806 . The certification
requirements of this Article shall not apply to the site assessment or sampling
requirements of this Chapter.
B. A
person who performs or supervises tank service shall present to the Department
proof of certification when requested by the Department.
