Ariz. Admin. Code § R19-2-514 - Prior Approval Required for Betting Pools

A. A permittee that desires to offer new forms of wagering must apply in writing to the Department and receive written approval prior to implementing the new betting pool.

B. The permittee may suspend previously approved forms of wagering with the prior approval of the Department. Any carryover shall be held until the suspended form of wagering is reinstated. A permittee may request approval of a form of wagering or separate wagering pool for specific performances.

Title 41, Chapter 6 means that the Arizona Racing Commission did not submit these rules to the Governor's Regulatory Review Council for Review; the Commission did not submit notice of proposed rulemaking to the Secretary of State for publication in the Arizona Administrative Register; the Commission was not required to hold public hearings on these rules; and the Attorney General did not certify these rules.
