Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-10-1614 - Civil Penalties
A. The
Director may assess a civil penalty of up to:
1. $1,000 for each egregious violation;
and
2. $750 for each imminent
public health hazard violation.
B. The amount of the civil penalty shall be
progressively graduated according to the nature and urgency of the violation
and the risk to public health and safety.
