Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-10-407 - Compliance Dates; Covered Farms; Agricultural Water
A. The compliance date for covered farms
subject to the requirements of Articles 2 through 17 of this Chapter is
calculated on a rolling basis during the previous three-year period, determined
by the average annual monetary value of food sales and services rendered, as
follows:
1. By January 26, 2018, all farms
that sold more than $500,000;
2. By
January 28, 2019, small farms that sold more than $250,000 but not more than
$500,000; and
3. By January 27,
2020, very small farms that sold not more than $250,000.
B. The compliance date for covered farms
subject to agricultural water requirements pursuant to Article 7 of this
Chapter is calculated on a rolling basis during the previous three-year period,
determined by the average annual monetary value of food sales and services
rendered, as follows:
1. By January 26, 2022,
all farms that sold more than $500,000;
2. By January 26, 2023, small farms that sold
more than $250,000 but not more than $500,000; and
3. By January 26, 2024, very small farms that
sold not more than $250,000.
