Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-10-807 - Biological Soil Amendment; Recordkeeping
A. The farm shall establish and keep records
required under this article in accordance with the requirements of Article 14
of this Chapter.
B. For any
biological soil amendment of animal origin the farm uses, it shall establish
and keep the following records:
1. For a
treated biological soil amendment of animal origin the farm receives from a
third party, documentation, such as a certificate of conformance, at the time
of delivery that both:
a. The process used to
treat the biological soil amendment of animal origin is a scientifically valid
process that has been carried out with appropriate process monitoring;
and
b. The biological soil
amendment of animal origin has been handled, conveyed and stored in a manner
and location to minimize the risk of contamination by an untreated or in
process biological soil amendment of animal origin.
2. For a treated biological soil amendment of
animal origin the farm produces for its own farm or farms, documentation that
process controls, which may include time, temperature, and turning, were
achieved.
