Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-10-903 - Covered Farms; Taking of Threatened or Endangered Species; Managing Outdoor Growing Areas
A.
Nothing in this Chapter authorizes the "taking" of or attempting to take
threatened or endangered species as that term is defined by the federal
Endangered Species Act.
B. Articles
2 through 17 of this Chapter do not require covered farms to take measures to
exclude animals from outdoor growing areas, or to destroy animal habitat or
otherwise clear farm borders around outdoor growing areas or
drainages.
C. For purposes of this
Section, "taking" includes harassing, harming, pursuing, hunting, shooting,
wounding, killing, trapping, capturing, or collecting threatened or endangered
species.
