Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-26-406 - Ethical Standard

The In fulfilling its responsibilities under law, the Board shall rely on the most current version of the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts, published by the BACB and available for review at the Board office and online at www.BACB.com unless the Board determines public health and safety is not sufficiently protected by the current version of the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
