Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-44-117 - Disapproval of Contracts
A. The
Auditor General may disapprove a contract for the same causes provided for in
R4-44-104.
B. The Auditor General
may disapprove a contract if the contract does not contain a provision to the
following effect: "The audit shall be conducted in accordance with generally
accepted auditing standards, Government Auditing Standards, issued by the
Comptroller General of the United States, and Office of Management and Budget
Circular A-128, Audits of State and Local Governments."
C. A decision to disapprove a contract shall
be in writing and shall state the cause or reasons for the disapproval. The
disapproval shall be sent to the school district.
