Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-7-709 - Sealed Sources or Devices for Medical Use
A licensee may only use:
1. Sealed sources, including teletherapy
sources, or devices manufactured, labeled, packaged, and distributed in
accordance with a license issued under Article 3 of this Chapter, equivalent
regulations of the NRC or equivalent requirements of an Agreement State;
or
2. Sealed sources or devices
noncommercially transferred from another medical licensee; or
3. Teletherapy sources manufactured and
distributed in accordance with a license issued by the Department, the NRC, or
another Agreement State.
