The rules of the Wastewater Management Authority of Arizona were repealed because legislation created a new agency, the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona, and gave that new agency the authority for these rules. Please refer to 18 A.A.C. 15 for the new rules of the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona.
