Abbreviated Code Changes:

1. Recommended Change: In the regulation package approved in May 2020, Foushee Cave, Little River and Nimrod Lloyd Millwood WMAs were left out of the regulation to move turkey season to the third Monday in April.

Justification: This is a simple clarification to align the spring turkey seasons at Foushee Cave, Little River, and Nimrod Lloyd Wliilwood WMAs with other WMAs as approved at the May 2020 Commission Meeting. Code: C1.04

2. Recommended Change: Provide clarifying language to the code of regulations for the Camp Robinson WMA turkey season structure,

Justification: This is a simple clarification of the approved code for turkey season at Camp Robinson WMA to make it consistent with the rest of the wording on the WMA. Code: C1.04

3. Recommended Change: Extend the antlerless deer season with modern gun on Ozark National Forest WMA

Justification: This liberalization of the antlerless season on this WMA was overlooked during the regulation approval in May 2020, Proposing that one antlerless deer may be taken either in muzzleloader season or during the entire modern gun instead of just the first two days. code C1.01
