Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 11, § 826.1 - Eligibility to Access CURES or Obtain Data from CURES

(a) A Regulatory Agency Official is eligible to access CURES or obtain data from CURES.
(b) If an individual is no longer eligible to access CURES or obtain data from CURES under this section as a Regulatory Agency Official, the individual must not access CURES or obtain data from CURES.
(c) In the event a Regulatory Agency Official is no longer employed by a Regulatory Agency, or is no longer authorized by the Regulatory Agency to access CURES, the Regulatory Agency must notify CURES PDMP in writing. Upon receipt of the Regulatory Agency's written notification, CURES PDMP must terminate the Regulatory Agency Official's access to CURES.
