Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 40408 - Amendments

If the Director determines that a change in the contract is necessary during the performance of the A&E services, the parties may, by mutual written agreement, amend any term of the contract, including a reasonable adjustment in the firm's compensation as determined by the procedure set forth in Section 40405.
