(d) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 90, Title 14, the above subsection (a) will sunset on April 1, 2023.

(e) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1050 of the Fish and Game Code, and in compliance with the provisions of section 713 of said Code, the department shall annually adjust the fees of all licenses, stamps, permits, tags, or other entitlements required by regulations set forth in this section.
