Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 15, § 3266 - Incarcerated Person Contacts with the Public
Incarcerated persons shall not initiate any personal contact with the public except as specifically authorized. This does not preclude an incarcerated person's courteous and appropriate response when contact is initiated by a member of the public.
