Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 15, § 4488 - Equipment

Equipment may be purchased when all three of the following requirements are met:

(a) normal useful life exceeds one year;

(b) unit acquisition cost is $300 or more; and

(c) used to conduct youth center and/or youth shelter programs, activities, and services.
