Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 16, § 989 - Prohibited Hazardous Substances/Use of Products. NO Establishment or School Shall:
(a)
Have on the premises cosmetic products containing hazardous substances banned
by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in cosmetic
products.
(b) Have on the premises
methyl methacrylate monomer and/or methylene chloride.
(c) Use a product in a manner that is
disapproved by the FDA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration or
EPA.
