Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 17, § 93130.18 - Summary of Responsibilities

This Control Measure has shared responsibilities between all parties involved in reducing emissions from ocean-going vessels. Tables 6 and 7 outlines a summary of responsibilities and how the terminal or vessel operator can apply exceptions, VIEs, TIEs, and remediation fund.
