Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 2, § 11102 - Requirement of Nondiscrimination Program

All employers who are, or wish to become, contractors with the state must develop and implement a nondiscrimination program as defined in section 11103 of this subchapter unless specifically exempted pursuant to section 11111 of this subchapter.
