Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 2, § 1803 - Changes in Application After Original Approval
(a) An applicant for an apportionment may,
after approval of an application, request approval by the Board of changes
within any project applied for, including a change in the location of a site.
Such changes may be approved by the Board provided:
(1) That the changes are deemed necessary by
the Board to properly achieve the essential purposes of the application as
originally approved.
(2) That,
except for changes made under the provisions of Section
1814 hereof, the changes do not
increase the total building area of the project application as originally
approved by the Board.
(b) Any approval by the Board of such changes
shall be deemed to relate back to the date of the original approval and shall
have the same effect as if made at the time of such original
approval.
