Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 2, § 599.782 - Termination

A leave of absence is terminated by:

(a) expiration of the term thereof; or
(b) the sooner revocation thereof by the appointing power with the approval of the Department or by the Department with the approval of the appointing power and by receipt by the employee of written notice of such revocation at least 15 days prior to the effective day of the revocation; or
(c) the sooner cancellation thereof by the employee with the approval of the appointing power.
