Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 20, § 1876 - Filing of Opt-in Application

Applications filed under this Article shall be known as "opt-in" applications. All opt-in applications shall be filed following the requirements set forth in sections of title 201208 and 1208.1 of title 20. All opt-in applications shall be authorized and verified as set forth in section of title 201707 of title 20.
