Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 20, § 2024 - Intervention

Any person may file a petition to intervene within 100 days after the acceptance of an application. The petition shall be served upon all parties.

1. New section filed 11-27-2000 as an emergency; operative 11-27-2000 (Register 2000, No. 48). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 3-27-2001 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
