Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 20, § 2832 - Grounds for Rejection of an Application
(a) An application may be rejected for any of
the following reasons:
(1) it is incomplete
or is received after the deadline established for receipt of the
application;
(2) it contains false
or intentionally misleading statements or references which do not support an
attribute or condition contended by the applicant;
(3) it is not prepared using the appropriate
forms;
(4) it is unsigned;
or
(5) it contains any confidential
information.
(b) The
Commission may waive any immaterial defect or deviation contained in an
application. The Commission's waiver shall in no way modify the application
requirements or excuse the applicant from substantial
compliance.
