Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 20, § 2836 - Document Disposition
(a) On the submission date, all applications
and related material submitted in response to an RFA become the property of the
State and public record.
(b) At the
conclusion of the evaluation, the original application will be retained in its
entirety for at least three years.
