Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 101213 - Finances
(a) The licensee
shall meet the following financial requirements:
(1) Develop and maintain a financial plan
that ensures resources necessary to meet operating costs for the care and
supervision of children.
(2)
Maintain financial records.
(3)
Submit financial reports to the Department when requested to do so by the
Department in writing.
(A) The Department's
request shall explain the need for the disclosure and shall include a due date
for the licensee to submit the requested information.
(B) The Department has the authority to
reject any financial report, and to request and examine additional information
including interim financial statements. The Department will put its reason(s)
for rejecting a report in writing.
