Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 50014 - Adult
(a) Adult means:
(1) A person who is 21 years of age or
older.
(2) A blind or disabled MN
person who is 18 to 21 years of age, living in the home of a parent and not
currently enrolled in school, college, university, or a course of vocational or
technical training to prepare him/her for gainful employment.
(3) A person who is 18 to 21 years of age,
who is not living in the home of a parent or caretaker relative, is not claimed
as a tax dependent of his/her parent(s) and is not receiving out-of-home care
from a public agency.
(4) A person
14 to 18 years of age who is not living in the home of a parent or caretaker
relative and who does not have a parent, caretaker relative or legal guardian
handling any of his/her financial affairs.
