Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 51164 - Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled
Intermediate care facility for the developmentally disabled means a facility which:
(a)
Meets the provisions of Section
76079 of Title 22 of the
California Administrative Code, and
(b) Has as its primary purposes, the
furnishing of health 24-hour developmental, training and habilitative, and
supportive health services to persons with a developmental disability as
defined in Welfare and Institutions Code Section
4512.
