Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 52508 - Peer-Groups

(a) The Department shall place FS/NF-Bs in each county in the following peer groups:

(b) FSSA/NF-Bs shall be in their own peer group.
(c) The seven counties in California that have no Medi-Cal skilled nursing days shall be excluded from the peer groups identified in subsection (a).

1. New section filed 7-22-2010 as an emergency; operative 7-22-2010 (Register 2010, No. 30). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 1-18-2011 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
