Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 53656 - Prehearing and Posthearing Conferences
(a) The hearing officer may order the holding
of prehearing or posthearing conferences for the purpose of facilitating the
disposition of the proceeding. Attendance may be by telephone conference
call.
(b) The hearing officer may
preside at the conference or may assign responsibility for the conduct of the
conference to the medical consultant assigned to the hearing. Agreements and
actions resulting from the conference shall become part of the hearing record
and be binding upon all parties.
