Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 53694 - Reconsideration
(a) Reconsideration
of all or part of a decision, may be ordered by the Director within 30 days
after the delivery or mailing of a decision to the parties.
(b) Reconsideration may be ordered on the
Director's own motion or on the petition of any party to the action. The
petition shall be deemed denied if no action is taken within 30 days.
(c) Reconsideration of a case by the Director
may be on all pertinent parts of the record, and such additional evidence and
argument as may be permitted.
(1) As an
alternative, the case may be assigned to a hearing officer designated by the
Director.
(2) A reconsideration
assigned to a hearing officer shall be subject to the procedure provided in
Section 53692.
