Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 54305 - Termination or Suspension of Certification
(a) Certification shall be suspended or
revoked for any of the following:
(1)
Violation of any statute or regulation relating to the California Medical
Assistance Program.
(2) Aiding,
abetting or permitting the violation of applicable statutory provisions or
regulations of the Department.
(3)
Conduct in the operation or maintenance of an adult day health center which is
inimical to the health, morals, welfare or safety of either participant
receiving services from the center or the people of the State of
California.
(b)
Proceedings for termination or suspension shall be commenced in accordance with
Chapter 5, commencing with Section
11500, Part 1, Division 3, Title
2, Government Code.
