Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 54445 - Conflict of Interest
(a) No
state officer or state employee shall have a direct financial interest in a
center or a direct financial interest in any contract with the adult day health
care provider.
(b) No state officer
or state employee shall provide legal or management services to the adult day
health care provider, outside of specific duties as a state officer or state
employee. No state officer or state employee shall share in the income or any
remuneration derived from providing legal or management services to an adult
day health care provider.
(c) No
state officer or state employee shall receive anything of value for the purpose
of influencing or attempting to influence the negotiations for approval or
renewal of the provider agreement with the Department.
