Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 58063 - Prohibited Provisions in Partnership Policies or Certificates
The following provisions may not be included in a Partnership Policy or Certificate:
(a)
a restoration of benefits;
(b) a
second Elimination Period;
(c) any
cap on the daily or weekly (as opposed to monthly) home and community-based
care benefits.
