Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 58071 - Staff Ratios

(a) Care Management staffing ratios shall not exceed the following:
(1) clients to Care Manager: 60:1 (total clients in benefit status); and
(2) Care Managers to Care Management Supervisor: 10:1.
