Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 69405.6 - Mobility in Environmental Media
(a) The mobility in environmental media hazard trait is defined as the capacity of a chemical substance for rapid movement in the environment.
(b) Evidence for environmental mobility of a chemical substance includes, but is not limited to: reports in the scientific literature of environmental mobility; evidence of widespread contamination of the food chain or global distribution or ubiquitousness in the environment; physicochemical characteristics predisposing to ease of movement through environmental compartments such as air, water, or soil.
